How the facility is structured
- Overdraft-style drawdown — use only what you need, pay interest only on the drawn amount.
- No prepayment penalty — repay early without additional charges.
- Dematerialised pledge — securities remain in your demat with a lien marked in our favour.
- Continue earning — dividends, coupons and bonuses on pledged securities remain yours.
- Transparent terms — interest, fees and margin requirements clearly disclosed.
